When you use our booking form, we collect the details you choose to give us. This includes:

• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The answers you submit through the booking form, such as what you need help with and how you currently get clients

We only collect this information when you provide it. You do not have to give us these details, but we may not be able to respond to your enquiry or arrange a call without them.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you about your enquiry and arrange or confirm your booking
• Answer your questions and provide information about our services
• Send you marketing communications about BaseAim, which you can opt out of at any time

Marketing and opting out

If we send you marketing messages, every message includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop sending them at any time by emailing khan@baseaim.co. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages we need to send you about a booking you have made.

Tools and third parties we use

We use a small number of trusted services to run our website and process bookings. These providers may collect or store information as described below.

• Meta Pixel: we use the Meta Pixel for advertising analytics. It helps us understand how visitors reach and use our site and measure the performance of our advertising.
• Google reCAPTCHA: we use reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Its use is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms.
• Scheduling provider (LeadConnector / HighLevel): our booking form and calendar are provided by LeadConnector (also known as HighLevel). When you submit the form or book a call, the details you enter are processed and stored by that provider so we can manage your booking.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry, manage your booking, and meet our business and legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Accessing or deleting your information

You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email khan@baseaim.co. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity before we act on your request.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Australia, and we handle personal information in line with our obligations under Australian privacy law.
